10 am open to the public 

10 am sca cooks meeting (judging tent)

10 am people's choice tailgate starts

12 pm sca judges meeting (judging tent)

1-1:30pm sca steak turn in (judging tent)

2:30pm sca awards

3:30 pm tailgate ends

4:00 People's Choice Awards

500-530pm kcbs cooks meeting 

530 pm kids que cooks meeting

700 pm kids que turn in 
730 cooks' dinner

900 pm movie will be on big screen (movie TBA)

1030 pm quiet time

Sunday Oct 14

8 am gates open

 730 - 9 cooks' breakfast judging tent (sausage buiscuit and gravy)

1030 am judges meeting (judging tent)


1200  chicken turn in

12:30 pork rib turn in

1:00 pork turn in

1:30 brisket turn in

3:00 awards

4 pm gates close (Tear Down)
